New photographic work on the theme of social wellbeing

BA (Hons) Photography at the University of Derby is delighted to present an exhibition of established artists alongside students of photography in an exhibition that explores social wellbeing in the widest sense. The range of work deals with themes ranging from poverty, social exclusion, the impact of social media, gender representation, environment and the value of the photograph as social artefact. The work makes use of a diverse range of media, and practices including digital stills and video, large scale analogue prints, sculpture and installation. Part of FORMAT International Photography Festival off year programme.
