Mob FORMAT Terms & Conditions

By adding images to Mob FORMAT you affirm that your submitted photo is an original work taken by you, free from any third party rights, in particular that under no circumstances does it constitute, whether entirely or in parts, any infringement upon the intellectual property rights or any other rights of third parties, and where necessary that any persons depicted in your photo have consented to the distribution and display of the photo with no remuneration of any kind being payable to them.

FORMAT will print selected images submitted to Mob FORMAT for exhibition during the FORMAT11 photography festival. FORMAT will include selected images in special screenings on Derby’s Big City Screen.

At the end of the festival all printed images will be held in the festival archive.

Thumbnails and links to images submitted to Mob FORMAT by adding a tag to an existing image in your Flickr account will continue to be accessible in the FORMAT11 website archive. If at any time you should wish to remove your image from MOB FORMAT you should delete the relevant mobformat11 tag from the image page in your Flickr account.

Images submitted directly to MOB FORMAT through the Mob FORMAT section of the FORMAT11 website are held in the Mob FORMAT11 Flickr account. These images will remain in the MOB FORMAT11 Flickr account as part of an archive of the FORMAT11 Photography Festival.

At no time will FORMAT publish an image or share an image with 3rd parties without the prior consent of the creator. FORMAT respects the intellectual property rights of others.

By submitting images to MOB FORMAT you are deemed to have accepted these conditions.

PLEASE NOTE: Your contact details will be used to notify you of any competition prizes or awards from either FORMAT or St Pancras International and to let you know about photogrpahy events and activities from FORMAT or St Pancras International.
