Everybody STREET Trailer

As part of the Alfred Stieglitz New York exhibit at Seaport Museum New York, director Cheryl Dunn delivers a unique documentary featuring some of the most defining New York City street photographers to emerge since Stieglitz in the 1930's. 

The film offers intimate portraits and candid interviews with a broad range of artists, from hop historians to lower east side documentarians to modern photo masters. Everybody Street features Martha Cooper, Bruce Davidson, Bruce Gilden, Rebecca Lepkoff, Mary Ellen Mark, Jeff Mermelestein, Joel Meyerowitz, Clayton Patterson, Ricky Powell, Jamel Shabazz, Luc Sante, and Tim Barber.

Its biennial programme celebrates the best of contemporary photography from all over the world.and offers photography exhibitions, mass participation, portfolio reviews, commissions, open submission, curated shows, events and more. The next FORMAT will take place in March 2011 on the theme 'Right Here, Right Now: Exposures from the Public Realm' curated around street photography.

QUAD Youth Forum

QUAD's Youth Forum is a group of 14 - 19 year olds, who were recruited from around Derby and the surrounding area to help contribute to the development of QUAD in it's exciting opening year and beyond. The group meet regularly to discuss aspects of QUAD, work on their own art work and act as a sounding board for the rest of the organisation.
