Format Launch

The FORMAT06 photography festival was launched in style at Q Arts Gallery in Derby. The evening featured opening speeches by the curators of the festival Louise Clements (Q Arts/QUAD) and Mike Brown (Derby City Council), as well as an address from chair of Arts Council East Midlands, Francois Matarasso.

Adam Bloomberg and Oliver Chanarin were also in attendance to discuss their own exhibition Chicago - everything that happened, happened here first which is on display at Q Arts gallery until 5 September.
